Signal Score

A 0-100 attention read.

A plain-English confidence score that summarizes momentum, trend, volatility, and market context so users can quickly see which assets deserve a closer look.

Top Watchlist Signal

The strongest asset in your tracked list.

The highest-scoring signal from the assets the user is already watching. It is designed to answer: what in my watchlist deserves attention right now?

Top Global Signal

The strongest signal in the selected universe.

The leading signal across the selected market universe, such as Top 100 by market cap. It gives users a broader market comparison beyond their own watchlist.

Watchlist

Assets a user chooses to track.

A focused list of assets the user wants Midnight Signal to monitor more closely. Watchlists help personalize snapshots and reduce market noise.

Momentum

How strongly price is moving.

Momentum looks at whether an asset is moving with strength compared with recent conditions. Strong momentum can be useful, but it can also fade quickly.

Market Basics

Market Cap

Token price times circulating supply.

A common size measure for crypto assets. It is calculated by multiplying token price by circulating supply, and is often used to define universes like Top 25, Top 50, or Top 100.

Volume

How much traded over a period.

Volume measures how much of an asset traded during a specific period. Rising volume can confirm interest; thin volume can make moves less reliable.

Liquidity

How easy it is to trade without slippage.

Liquidity describes how easily an asset can be bought or sold without moving the price too much. Higher liquidity usually means cleaner execution and lower slippage risk.

Volatility

How much price moves around.

Volatility measures how sharply price changes. High volatility can create opportunity, but it also increases risk and can distort short-term signals.

Trusted Apps

Apps evaluated with trust evidence.

A directory layer for wallets, DeFi apps, lending platforms, privacy tools, and infrastructure. The goal is to help users understand what an app does and what evidence supports confidence in it.

Trust Score

A confidence read for apps and protocols.

A score that summarizes trust evidence such as maturity, ecosystem presence, risk flags, available data, security signals, and product category context. It is not an endorsement or guarantee.

An app for holding and using crypto.

A wallet lets users hold assets, connect to dApps, sign transactions, and sometimes swap tokens. Wallet choice matters because it controls the user experience and key-management risk.

DeFi

Financial apps built on blockchains.

DeFi means decentralized finance: apps for swapping, lending, borrowing, staking, liquidity provision, and yield strategies that operate through smart contracts.
